Final Report: Biomass Energy Development Working Group

The 2009 Session of the Vermont General Assembly established a Biomass Energy Development Working Group that met over the course of three years to address how to enhance the growth and development of the Vermont woody biomass industry while also maintaining forest health. This document is the final report of the Working Group.
