The Senior Trotters of Greensboro Wonder & Wisdom are exploring innovative approaches to improved well-being. New Bridges to Mind, Body, and Spirit encourages Trotters to expand their current concepts of nutrition, balance, and stress and pain reduction. Dr. Caudill-Slosberg, a nationally recognized specialist in the field of Pain Managment, will discuss the issues that she addresses in her book, Managing Pain Before it Manages You. Slosberg has been developing education programs that are patient centered, bringing mind and body together in the treatment of disease.
